The European Quality Circle ( EQC) is a consumer orientated
organization and (the first) buyer group, providing our retail-jeweller members
with a portfolio of professional and educational services, designed to increase
sales, improve profitability and enhance consumer confidence in them and their products.
Our goal is to assure consumers that EQC membership stands for professionalism,
value for money and the highest degree of integrity.
EQC also offers free professional purchasing advice to consumers worldwide
While focused on the retail sector, the EQC objective is to enhance consumer confidence
in the jeweller and his jewellery. more
The organization was started by Antwerp-based diamantaire Eyal Atzmon, along with
a group of fellow jewelry traders. They realized that their retail clients needed
a stronger, competitive advantage to leverage significant growth and higher profitability

The object of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses is to protect the interests of affiliated bourses and their individual members, and to further the amicable settlement or arbitration of differences and disputes between the individual members of the affiliated bourses and between the affiliated bourses.

EQC and ISPS have joined together to provide top security training to diamonds dealers, sales people, sales reps, retailers, jewellery manufacturers, and their sales teams. This course in self-security will be taught by the leading security company - ISPS, course attendees will be trained to identify and prevent criminal attacks, hold ups, Tiger kidnappings, and any other forms of aggression.

The European Quality Circle (EQC) signed a cooperative agreement with IDEX On-line. According to the agreement, EQC retailers will gain access to IDEX On-line's selected partners suppliers polished diamond trading platform. EQC will provide the on-line trading platform with educational and instructional tools that will assist IDEX on-line members jewellery manufacturers and retailers to become more competitive and increase their sales.

Eyal Atzmon,
C.E.O

Eyal Atzmon, second generation to the Atzmon diamond trader's family offers an impressive record of over 25 years of diamond business and entrepreneurship. Among them are Atzmon Bros (Antwerp, Belgium) and EL-RAN Diamonds.
In the European Quality Circle, Mr Atzmon has the most challenging role, implementing the vision of future jewellery and diamond trade. The evolving globalization, economical shifts and Internet have been forcing diamond trade to gradual, yet radical changes. Eyal formed EQC with the goal of assisting jewellers to become part of this evolutionary process.
As CEO of EQC, Mr Atzmon has the challenging role of implementing the company vision for future jewellery and diamond trade.

Wu Fan has worked in economic and financial education for 15 years, as lecturer, associate professor, and writer.
Wu Fan's professional expertise has only expanded over the years. A lecturer and associate professor in a Chinese public university (1993-2008), She also joined several provincial research projects, co-writing and publishing several papers and a book in China. In 2007, she received her Masters of Finance from the University of Antwerp Management School (UAMS). In 2008 she began her PhD in Finances from Louvain Management School, focusing on portfolio management and risk diversification. Her long-term education background and professional research training in Finances will support EQC's training program in China, providing a professional consultant with solutions from a corporate financial perspective, and assisting members to better manage their own financial and investment risks.
